    2 3 oz Halibut fillets
    2 T olive oil
    1/4 chopped onion
    1dash salt
    1/4 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
    1/8 dash pepper
    1 T minced parsley
    Stir in 2 T lemon juice


May adjust the cooking time - I start with frozen fish!


Mix herbs, oil and lemon juice. Spread over halibut in a baking pan. Cover. Cook at 350 for 35 minutes.
