Introduction
My mom always made this dessert as one of my Christmas desserts when I was growing up. Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
Freshly squeezed lemon juice from 3 medium sized lemons, seeded
Zest of one lemon
5 tbsp of bottled lemon juice
1 8 oz container of Cool Whip (ori or extra creamy)
Directions
In bowl add condensed milk, lemon juice, & zest
mix well with mixer,
Next fold in Cool Whip mixing well with spoon, not mixer,
Spoon in dessert dishes and serve
*NOTE* -- I normally use 3 oz glass dessert dishes, however, if you like grahman cracker crust, this recipe also make ones 8" pie
Make sure if you are making a pie, that you chill for at least 4 hours
Serving Size: makes 12-1/8 cups or 6-1/4 cups
