Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 cup Splenda granules (or 36 packets)
    1 cup cocoa powder
    dash salt
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Bring to a slow boil all ingredients, whisking until thick. Remove from heat. Serve hot or store in the fridge. I ended up with about 1 1/2 cups of syrup.
