Ingredients

    Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup)
    Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    Dijon Mustard (2 tsp)
    Salt & Pepper (to taste)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 cup)

Directions

1. Put the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a blender. Pulse to combine.
2. Then add the olive oil in a steady stream while blending.
