Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
1 pound cut-up beef for stir fry (I used beef tip round steak)
    1/2 medium green bell pepper
    1/2 medium red bell pepper
    1 medium onion sliced
    1/4 cup Kikkomen Hoison Sauce
2 bags of boil in bag white rice

Directions

1) Chop peppers, slice onion and cut up beef.

2) Bring a pot of water to a boil.

3) Heat olive oil in skillet or a wok just before water boils.

4) Put rice bags in boiling water and put beef in skillet at same time. Stir-fry beef about 2 minutes or until brown. Add bell pepper and onion, stir fry about one minute or until vegetabels are crisp-tender. Stir in Hoison sauce, cook and stir about 30 seconds or unti hot. Turn skillet heat off and let simmer.

5) Remove bags of rice from water and drain. Open bags and divide evenly onto 4 plates. Divide meat mixture evenly onto 4 plates of rice. Serve and enjoy!
