Ingredients

    1 cup peeled garlic
    0.5 cup lemon juice
    3 cups canola oil
    0.5 tbsp salt

Tips

Can be used with meat, bread or salad (similar to Monfort style garlic sauce).

Substitutions:
May substitute a light olive oil for canola if very light in flavour.


Directions

In a food processor add minced garlic and salt, begin to blend in processor and slowly add oil and lemon juice alternating them until gone, scrape down sides intermittently. You will end up with a nice mayonnaise consistency.

Batch will last for up to 2-3 months in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Yield: approx 4 cups (64 tbsp) 1 Tablespoon per serving
