Introduction
This is a bulked out version of my usual cottage pie filling recipe, I added more veggies and found that I could do without the topping altogether! You can easily make it go for 8 servings if you wanted. Ingredients

750g Lean Minced Beef
2 Medium carrots
1 leek
1 onion
3 Celery sticks
1 cup of frozen peas
1 large courgette
1/2 pint Instant gravy
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1tsp tomato puree
Tips
If you do not have a slow cooker; once you have drained the mince sweat all veggies in pan, add the browned mince and all other ingredients, simmer on low heat for 1 hour - or until gravy is thick.
Directions
Chop the onion and leek into small pieces and sweat in a pan on a low heat - no oil. When they become translucent add the mince and brown.
Pour off any fat which has come from your mince and pop into the slow cooker with all the chopped veggies.
Add gravy, tomato puree and worcestershire sauce.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for as long as you like.
Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings depending on how hungry you are!
