Ingredients

    3 oz of cream cheese
    1/2 cup of Bluefish, baked, dry heat, no oil
    2 tbsp of sour cream, low fat
    1 tbsp of dill
    Sea salt to taste
    Lemon to taste

Directions

Let cream cheese soften
Mix all indgredients together and let stand at least one hour.
