Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb)
    Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Oranges, 2 fruit (2-5/8" dia)
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
    Kiwi Fruit, 3 fruit without skin, medium

Tips

I make a big batch and save it; then anytime I want a smoothie I pour 8oz into the blender with some water, ice cubes, and protein powder. Ends up being about 16 oz. Super filling!


Directions

Blended this up in my Vitamix blender with some water and ice.

Serving Size: makes 10 8oz servings, but I add water and ice to the batch which doubles the recipe.
