Ingredients

    1 Block Tofu, pressed and cubed
    1 Cup Water
    4T Flour (Or 2 T Corn Starch)
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1t Ground Ginger
    1/8 C Sugar
    1/4 C Soy Sauce
    1/8 C Rice Vinegar (or White Wine Vinegar)
    2t Cayenne Pepper
    2t Olive Oil
    2 C Broccoli, chopped

Tips

Original recipe includes Sherry, but I don't care for Sherry so I leave it out of mine :)


Directions

Cook all ingredients in slow cooker on medium heat for 4 hours
