Ingredients

    -2 chicken breasts

    -2 tbsp canola oil

    - thumbsize amount of ginger

    - one clove of garlic

    - 2 stalks of green onion

    - vegetables( broccoli , Chinese broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, green beans)

    - 1-2 tbsp of brown sugar and soy sauce

    -1-2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar

    -1-2 tsp toubanjan( red pepper paste)

    -cornstarch and water mixture(tsp each)

Directions

1. Cook garlic, ginger and onions in canola oil( add toubanjan if spicyness is desired, or add with other seasoning
2. Cook any vegetables and then chicken
3. Season with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and add corn starch mixture to solidify
