Ingredients

    1 8oz package Shirataki Noodles
    1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 sweet bell pepper, diced, any color
    4 cloves garlic, crushed or mashed
    1/2 tsp salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper or to taste
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Tips

Makes a great side dish. A great vegan recipe.


Directions

Rinse Shirataki Noodles and put in a dry skillet over medium to high heat stirring to dry for about 3 to 4 minutes. Put to the side.

In the same skillet, heat the olive oil and saute all the vegetables until soft, stirring occasionally. Add Shirataki noodles and stir until noodles are well coated and blended with the vegetables.
