Ingredients

    broccoli slaw (half bag)
    1 cup Chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1/8 cup golden raisins AND dried cranberries
    1-oz. of sunflower seeds
    several tablespoons of finely choppped bell pepper (I used red and orange)
    light slaw dressing to taste.

Tips

other light, creamy dressing can be used. You can also mix veggies and add your dressing individually.


Directions

mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.
NOTE-for convenience sake you can use pre-chopped veggies from your favorite market.

Serving Size: makes approximately 6 servings.
