Introduction

Ingredients

Tomato Sauce 29 oz
Diced Tomatoes 14.5
Red Kidney Beans 14.5
Chili Beans 14.5
1 Cup of frozen Carrots
1 Cup of frozen Corn
2 Bell Peppers
1 Large Onion
1 - 3 canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce (I use fresh jalopenos)
2 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chili Powder ( used 2 tsp)
1 tsp ground cumin (used 2 tsp)
1 pound raw lean ground turkey
Tips
instead of carrots and corn I use frozen mixed veggies)
1 - 3 Canned Chipotle Pepper (I use fresh jalopenos)

1 tsp ground cumin (used 2 tsp)
Also add mushrooms, just because I love them so much :D
Directions
break up the turkey in the bottom of the crock pot.
mix everything but the meat in a mixing bowl, drain and rinse the Red Kidney beans and the diced tomatoes if you don't use the seasoned kind.
Pour the mixture into your crock pot, and mix it with the meat well.
turn the crock pot on high and cook for 3 - 4 hours.
Serving Size: makes 12, 1 cup servings
