Ingredients

    1 egg
    1Tbsp ev coconut oil
    2 thick slices of onion sliced agian into 4ths
    2 slices of tomatos
    1 slice daves killer bread- blues bread

Directions

Cut 1 slice of bread in half. Heat coconut oil in pan. Add onions and cook over med low to caramelize. Once caramelized, put onions onto your bread followed by tomato slices. Crack egg into pan and break the yolk. Cook until done, flipping half way through. Once done put egg on top of tomatoes. Top with other half of remaining bread.
