Ingredients

    4 Cups Rolled Oats
    1 Cup Whole Almonds
    1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
    1 Cup Pecan halves
    1/3 Cup Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp ground Cinnamon

Tips

Dried fruit can be added after baking.
*Parchment is a key in this recipe, or else the granola will really stick to the baking sheet, especially when cool!

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix oats thru pecans. In a separate bowl, mix oil, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour over oat mixture - stir until thoroughly combined. Spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until desired level of "toastiness" is reached. Remove from oven and cool completely, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
