    1 rib celery, finely chopped
    2 T. finely chopped onion
    2 T. mayonnaise
    5 saltines
    2 T. dill relish
    1 t. pepper
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    6 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

Combine first eight ingredients. Divide between three sandwiches.
