Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Oscar Mayer Genoa Salami, 6 slices

3 Large Bell Peppers - I usually use 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange

    28 oz can diced tomatoes

    Chopped Onions about 4 tbsps

***Optional and not included in nutrition info - olive oil

Tips

I like to start the water for the pasta when I cover the sauce to let it simmer. It times out about right and I can set the table while the pasta cooks.

Directions

Dice/Chop Salami, Peppers and Onion

Get a skillet or sauce pan

Turn it on to medium heat

Spray lightly w non stick cooking spray or use small amount of olive oil

Sauté salami for about 2 minutes

Then, add onions and sauté for about another 2 minutes

Next, add the peppers sauté until lightly softened
Add entire 28 oz can of tomatoes

Cover and let simmer for at least 10 minutes
*more simmer time can be nice but I wouldn't go over 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes approximately 6 - 3/4 cup servins
