    2 Cup cereal (rice chex)
    2 Cups oatmeal
    3/4 Cup peanut butter
    1 Cup honey
    1/2 Cup chopped craisins (any flavor)
    1/2Cup chopped cashews
    2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional)

Tips

Craisins may be substituted with other dried fruit
Cashews may be substituted with nut of choice
Honey is a binding agent and may be substituted with corn syrup, maple syrup, or agave nectar
