Ingredients

    Balsamic Vinegar
    Red Wine Vinegar
    Olive Oil
    French's Brown Mustard
    Agave Syrup

Tips

Substitute Walnut Oil for Olive Oil for a lighter flavor.
Substitute 1/4 of the Balsamic Vinegar with Balsamic Reduction for a more rich Balsamic flavor.
Substitute 1/2 of the Balsamic Vinegar with other types, such as Champagne Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar, depending on your preference or what the ingrediants of the salad will be.
Substitute infused oil blends for all or part (like the oil that comes out of the Sun-Dried Tomato jar - yum!) for interesting variations.
Of course, substitute mustard flavors, but I have found this type to not affect taste too much. If one has an allergy to mustard, mayo can be used as an alternative (as the emulsifier).

Directions

In a small blender (I use the Bullet Style for easy storage of the Vinaigrette) blend equal parts oil and Balsamic Vinegar (at least 2 oz each), a generous splash of Red Wine Vinegar, an ample squeeze of Brown Mustard and a liberal touch of gave Syrup. Viola!
