Ingredients

    Rotini Pasta cooked 3 cups
    1 can garbanzo beans 15oz rinsed
    1 can black beans 15 oz rinsed
    1 can Kidney beans 15 oz rinsed
    8 oz feta cheese crumbled
    1 cucumber pealed and sliced
    8 oz of white button mushrooms sliced
    1 can slice black olives
    1 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

you could use any oil or vinegar you like also any vegetables. I rinse the beans to rinse off added salt.


Directions

mix ingredients together and refrigerate.

Serving Size: should make at least 14 1 1/2 cup servings
