Ingredients

    Carroll Shelby's Chili Seasoning Kit (omit the salt)
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/3 c. black bean and corn frozen vegetable mix
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    Salt to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot

Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours

Serving Size: Makes 10 one cup servings
