Ingredients

    14 oz package of Lite silken tofu
    8 oz pack age of fat free cream cheese
    12 Tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder or
    reduced fat peanut butter
    1 cup granulated splenda.

Directions

Place tofu, cream cheese, peanut butter and splenda in food processor and blend until smooth and completely mixed. Pour into pudding cups. Chill 2 hours . Makes 5 servings 135 calories each,
