Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    15-oz bag of Spanish Rice
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup instant minced onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    water

Tips

Take out of muffin tins after cooking to de-grease.


Directions

Combine beef, rice, eggs, onion & salt. Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Mine filled 14 muffin tins.

Serving Size: Makes 14 small servings
