Ingredients

You can add mayo and mustard, egg salad, tuna salad, reduced sodium lunch meat, cottage cheese, cream cheese. The ideas are limitless, if you're brave enough!

My favorite, before I started Sparks..that is, was cream cheese with turkey. I'd slather the cream cheese on both sides, fill it up with turkey, close and eat. Yum.

I'd love to hear your ideas though. What would you and did you put on yours?

    Enjoy.

Directions

Wash and peel cucumber if you would rather not eat the skins. If you buy organic, just wash and slice down long side of the cucumber, like a submarine sandwich. Open it up, scoop out the seeds, spread your favorite spread inside, (I like cream cheese) add your favorite sandwich fixins, and take it to your favorite eatin' spot and enjoy!
