Ingredients

Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Onions, 1 medium, thinly sliced
Red Bell Pepper, 1 medium, thinly sliced
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 0.5 tsp
Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined, 16 oz
Bertolli Vineyard Marinara with Burgundy Wine, 1 cup
Brown rice, 3 cups cooked
Tips
If you don't like a lot of heat, reduce the red pepper flakes to 0.25 tsp.
For a change, this can be served over angel hair pasta. It's delicious either way!
Directions
Heat olive oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add pepper flakes and shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp almost turn pink.
Stir in sauce and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and heat through until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over hot rice.
