Ingredients

    2 medium chopped white onions
    1/2 bunch fresh parsley chopped
    4 cloves garlic-minced or 1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    5 shakes of worcestershire sauce
    2 tbs dried oregano
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbs chili powder
    4 eggs
    1-1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    4 1-lb pkgs of 93% lean ground turkey

Directions

Mix first eight ingredients, then add eggs and mix well. Add ground turkey and form into 24 patties. Put them on two cookie sheets lined with foil (makes clean up very easy) and broil for about 12 minutes or until nicely browned. I make these ahead of time and freeze. They make a great lunch with a salad or even a nice supper.

    Very Good
    I didn't see when to add the bread crumbs, but added them when I put the turkey in. I had to leave them in about 5 minutes longer than called for, but they were very good. I will make them again. - 8/27/10
