    1 TBS walnuts
    2 TBS bread crumbs
    1 TBS honey
    1 TBS dijon mustard
    1 lb. salmon

Directions

Coat salmon with honey and mustard mixture and dip into walnut and bread crumb mixture. Cook on each side until flaky.
