    Firm Tofu 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Pepper, black, 2 dash

Directions

Makes 2 servings (2 cups)

Heat Oil in skillet. Add ingredients. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes, until veggies are soft.
