Ingredients

    1 small celery stick
    1/2 small onion
    5 anchovies
    2/3 c canola oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 egg

Tips

let sit in refrigerator for flavers to meld.


Directions

blanche celery and onion
add to blender and blend until smooth
add anchovies, garlic and egg and blend again
add 2/3 c of canola oil very slowly until mixture becomes like mayonnaise
