Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Rice Milk
    1.5 Cups Raw Kale
    1 Large Carrot
    1 Banana
    1/2 Orange
    1/2 Pear
    1/4 Cup Cranberries
    2 Scoops Hammer Perpetuem (can be omitted)

Tips

Consider adding more or less Kale to decrease or increase sweetness to desired level. Refrain from adding sweeteners!


Directions

Add Rice Milk and Kale to blender and blend until smooth. This will get the kale more finely blended and leave out the bitter chunks that can otherwise occur. Next, add the carrot, banana, orange, pear, cranberries and Hammer Perpetuem and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes one large smoothie (16-20oz glass)
