Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    3/4 cup frozen strawberries
    frozen peach slices equal to approx half a peach
    1 heaping tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate (lots of pulp)
    1/2 cup lowfat or fat-free vanilla flavored Greek yogurt

Tips

Consistency will be a thick smoothie with frozen fruit, a thin one with fresh fruit.


Directions

Layer fruit, juice and yogurt so that yogurt is closest to blade, then orange juice, then peaches, then strawberries, then blueberries.
Pulse until blueberries are blended.
