Ingredients

    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 orange pepper
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1.5 Tbsp. balsalmic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbps. salt
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken (cooked)
    3/4 onion
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili flakes
    1/8 tsp. cloves

Directions

Saute peppers and onion in corn oil. Add balsamic vinegar and salt. Add chicken, garlic, cumin, chili flakes, and cloves until warmed.
