Ingredients

    DRY
    1/2c Buckwheat Flour
    1/2c Brown Rice Flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar

    WET
    1c Almond Milk
    1 tbsp olive oil

Tips

Make sure the bottom is well cooked before flipping (these pancakes fall apart pretty easily).


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add almond milk and oil and stir. Do not over-mix. Pour 1/4 of mix into pan and add blueberries. Cook on medium heat.

Serving Size: Makes four 5" in diameter pancakes. 1 pancake is a serving.
