Introduction

A non-spicy salsa that is easy to make for any meal or occassion. A non-spicy salsa that is easy to make for any meal or occassion.

Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatoes
    1 Jalapeņo
    1 8oz can no salt tomato sauce
    1 cup cold water
    2 inch piece of Cilantro
    Salt to taste

Tips

If you would like the salsa spicy just omit the no salt added tomatoe sauce.


Directions

Rinse tomatoes and jalapeņo. Add to a pot covered in water and bring to a boil. Remove when tomatoes are soft and jalapeņo has changed color. Drain boiling water and add items into a blender. Add tomatoe sauce to blender. Rinse cilantro and add to blender. Add 1 cup of cold water. Add salt to taste. Blend until salsa has formed.
