Introduction

I got this recipe many years ago from a Weight Watchers meeting. Still using it today and enjoying it as much! I got this recipe many years ago from a Weight Watchers meeting. Still using it today and enjoying it as much!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1/3 cup plus 2 tsp. all purpose flour
    Dash Salt
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp plain nonfat greek yogurt

Tips

I use this to make individual pot pies and its always awesome. Just roll and cut to fit the top of your baking dish. Bake as long as your pot pie recipe calls for. Yum!

Directions

In mixing bowl combine flour and salt; with pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.

Form dough into 2 equal balls; cover each with plastic wrap and chill 30-40 minutes (may be kept in fridge for 3-4 days); or wrap and freeze until ready to use.
