Ingredients

2.5 oz of canned tuna in water
1/2 cup romaine lettuce (lightly chopped)
1/2 cup fresh spinach (lightly chopped)
    1/8 cup cucumbers chopped
1/8 cup red bell pepper chopped
    1/8 cup carrots chopped
    1/8 cup grape tomatoes chopped
    Sprinkle of your favorite cheese
1 1/2 tbsp of your favorite low calorie dressing

Tips

Double these amounts to have enough salad for two meals or increase one more time for 3 days worth of salads. Romaine lettuce won't last more than 3 days. Starts to turn by end of day 3.

Directions

Drain the tuna and set aside 2.5 oz and save the remaining tuna for another meal in the refrigerator. Combine all of the chopped and rewashed ingredients into a large Ziploc bag. Add the dressing and cheese to the bag. Seal the bag and give it a good shake. Pour the ingredients from the bag onto a plate and top with the tuna.
