Ingredients

    1/8c plain nonfat greek yogurt
    1/4c butter
    1/2c almond milk, unsweetened
    1c brown sugar
    1/4c cocoa powder
    1c protein powder (I used vanilla)
    1/2c natural crunchy peanut butter
    3c quick oats
    1t vanilla extract
    Dash of salt

    Combine oats, peanut butter, protein, salt and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

    Combine yogurt, butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in a medium sauce pan and heat on medium heat, stirring occaionally. Once at a boil, stir for one additional minute and remove from heat to pour over ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Mix well. Form into balls and drop onto wax paper. Allow to set; may be placed in refrigerator to speed up. Enjoy!
