Ingredients

Heat oven to 325 F
Line a 8" springform pan with foil
In medium saucepan, melt margarine; remove from heat. Stir in muesli and sugar subsatude (1 tbls), mixing well to distribute margarine evenly
Spread half of mixture over bottom of pan
In food processor, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, banana, eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla: puree until smooth
spoon over mixture in pan
Arrange apple slices over cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining cereal mixture, bake 50 min.
Cool and eat
