Ingredients
-
12 oz. MorningStar Farms Meal Starters, Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1 vegetarian sausage, Italian style (optional)
1 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. Bread crumbs, seasoned
1 c. Onions, chopped
1/2 c. Celery, chopped
2 tsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
Tips
Microwave Crumbles and sausage for about a minute before adding in other ingredients.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350*F. In mixing bowl, combine Mealstarter Grillers Crumbles, vegetarian sausage, eggs, ketchup, parsley, Italian seasoning and bread crumbs.
2. In small saucepan saute onions and celery in oil until tender. Add to Crumbles mixture, mixing until thoroughly combined. Press into greased loaf pan, or form loaf on foil-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes. Spread diced tomatoes over loaf, making sure not to utilize too much liquid from can (otherwise the loaf will be soggy). Bake at 350*F about 15 minutes more or until set.
