Only uses bananas, and it's very simple. Only uses bananas, and it's very simple.

    3 bananas, you may use as many as you like.
    The Trader Joe's banana, flattened is not anything you need, just use the regular bananas.


You can add peanut butter or anything you like.


First, chop up your bananas. Next, put them in a bowl and freeze for around 2 hours or until they are completely frozen. When you are done freezing them, you may either blend them in you blender until, ice cream like, or you can take a spoon, and do it yourself.

Serving Size: If you use 3 bananas it's good for about 2-3 people
