You can use regular milk, Soya milk, Nut milk, Goat's milk, etc. Anything you prefer.
1*200ml serving is one portion of dairy.

Ingredients

    milk or milk-alternative (with added calcium), 1 litre
    splends, 3 tbsp
    cocoa powder, 4.3 tbsp
    flavouring of your choice (not required)

Tips

I usually add a flavour, e.g. mint extract, vanilla essence, rosewater baking flavouring, etc.


Directions

blend all ingredients together with a regular or hand blender.

Serving Size: makes 5*200ml servings.
