    napa cabbage - 1 1/2 c
    celery - 1 med stalk chopped
    onion - 1 med sliced
    carrot - 1 med sliced very thin
    chow mein noodles - 1 c cooked
    olive oil - 2 T
    chicken broth - 1 cup
    corn starch 2T dissolved in water
    Hot Chili oil
    Cumin
    Curry
    seasoning to taste
