Ingredients

2 Fresh Tomatoes
1 Fresh Onion
1/2 Clove of Garlic
1/2 Ginger Root
1 Whole Jalapeno
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 Can of Tomato Paste
1 Cup of Peanut Oil
6 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp of Pepper
2 Tsp of Salt
3 Tsp of Curry Powder
1 Tsp of Maggi Seasoning or 1 Maggi Cube
2 Cups Of White Rice
Directions
1. Peel, chop,and wash the ginger, garlic, pepper, tomato, and onion
2. Blend the ginger, garlic, tomato, onion, and pepper (DO NOT ADD WATER!)
3. Pour the peanut oil into a large pot
4. Put blended ingredients into the pot and fry for 1 hour and 30 mins until the stew goes from watery to thick (Be sure to stir the stew periodicly while in cooks or else the stew will burn)
5. Cook on high heat, when the stew starts boiling stir in the tomato sauce and tomato paste then turn the heat down to medium
6. When the stew is almost done you can add your seasoning
7. While the stew is frying prepare your chicken
8. Wash and steam your chicken for about 30 mins, you can also add salt at this time
9. While the stew and chicken is still cooking you can go ahead and prepare the rice
9. When the chickens done cut the breast into small pieces and add the chicken into your stew
10. Let your stew simmer on low heat for an additional 10 mins
10. Pour the stew and chicken onto your rice and enjoy
