Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 tsp chia seeds
    2 cups almond milk
    2 cups water
    1teaspoon vanilla
    seasoning to taste such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.

Directions

place ingredients in crock pot and stir.
Cook on high 1.5 hours.
Stir and cover.
Turn off crock pot and let stand overnight
When you get up in morning, stir and serve
