Introduction

A little bit of a twist! Used Caesar dressing when I ran out of mayo - delish! A little bit of a twist! Used Caesar dressing when I ran out of mayo - delish!

Ingredients

    4 large hard boiled eggs, cooled and shells removed
    1 1/2 cups of chopped celery
    3/4 cups finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp light caesar dressing
    Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Chop/mash eggs.
2. Add celery and onions.
3. Gently mix to combine.
4. Blend in dressing.
5. Enjoy on bread or in a wrap!

Serving Size: Makes 2 to 4 sandwiches
