This is a simple and fast pasta dish. It's perfect for busy week night dinners. I like to pair this with a lean fish, such as tilapia, or a simple salad for a meatless option. Ingredients

    16 oz pasta package
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 10oz pack frozen broccoli, cooked
    1/2 large onion, sliced
    4-6 garlic cloves (to your liking)
    1 packet Goya Chicken bouillon
    1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
    1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
    1 tbsp paprika (more or less to your liking)
    4 tbsp I can't believe its not butter
    1/4 to 1/2 cup skim milk

This pasta dish is very versatile. You can add or leave out anything you like. For the broccoli I like using the steam in the bag frozen broccoli. You just micro


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions making sure not to over cook pasta. Drain Pasta. In the same pot pasta was cooked in, put in butter and olive oil. When hot add onions, green pepper, and garlic. Sautee for a few minutes. Add bouillon, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pasta and stir all ingredients. Add milk and broccoli and stir. Taste to make sure it is to your liking.
