Ingredients

    Tzatziki Sauce:
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt 1 1/4 cups
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium chopped fine
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    mint, dried, 1 tsp
    Fresh Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Red Onion, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, white, 0.25 tsp

    Burger Mixture:
    Chicken - Extra Lean Ground Breast, 1 lb
    Cheese, Feta, Fat Free, President, 3 oz
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted (4 Olives)
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Fresh Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Red Onion, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    mint, dried, 1 tsp
    Dried Oregano, 1 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup
    Parsley, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, white, 0.25 tsp
    Pam Cooking Spray

Tips

Nicely service with pita pocket bread and some lettuce and sliced tomato.


Directions

Combine all ingredients for cucumber sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients in burger mixture and shape into 4 patties. Spray Grill Pan with cooking spray and cook 5 to 7 minutes per side. Serve hot with Tzatziki Sauce on Top.

    Great tasting recipe for ground chicken burger. I used sliced black olives since I don't like kalamata and 2 fresh egg whites instead of egg substitute. Loved it! Will definitely make this recipe again and again. - 6/30/14
