Ingredients

    1 head kale, shredded
    1 cup tomato, chopped
    1 avocado, peeled & pitted
    2 Tbs. grapeseed or olive oil
    1 Tbs. lemon juice
    sea salt (to taste)
    ˝ tsp. cayenne

Tips

Mashing the ingredients together not only makes for a tastier salad, it also makes the kale easier to digest.


Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.

Mash with your hands to create a marinated/wilted effect on the kale.
