Ingredients

    2 large organic baking potatoes
    rub skins with butter and salt and bake in oven 350 till skins crisp and potato is done through

    1/4 c shredded cheese
    .5 c cottage cheese
    .5 c inced broccoli
    4 organic nitrate free ham slices chopped
    any seasonings you wish

Tips

leave out meat, substitute yogurt and/ or ore veggies


Directions

cut baked potatoes in half scoop out eat into a bowl leavign .25 inch left on skin to form a *bowl*
add all ingredients except cheese and mix, add back into potatoes and top with cheese bake in 350 oven till potatoes warmed through and cheese melted
